Domestic (United Kingdom)

- Standard shipping is available for £4.99 on all orders above £50. Expected delivery times are 3-5 business days.
- Expedited shipping is available for £7.99. Expected delivery times are 1-3 business days.

International

- Standard shipping rates for international orders vary and are calculated at checkout. Expected delivery times are 10-15 business days.

IMPORTANT: International & EU Customers please note that you will be liable for additional import taxes/customs/fees depending on your location. These are paid to the courier upon arrival and the rate is dependent on your home country.

You are entitled to return all products within 14 days of receiving the merchandise for full reimbursement, provided the merchandise is complete, unused and undamaged.

In order to initiate a return, you can:

1. Contact us at support@pastelseurope.com with your order number to request a return.

2. You will then be sent information on where and how to return. Please note that we do not cover the return shipping costs.

3. Follow the instructions on the shipping label on how to return.

4. Please note that there may be a period of 10 to 14 days between receipt of the returned merchandise and reimbursement of the purchase price.

Due to processes with our logistics partners - once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled.
