Refund policy

 

You are entitled to return all products within 14 days of receiving the merchandise for full reimbursement, provided the merchandise is complete, unused and undamaged.

In order to initiate a return, you can:

1. Contact us at support@pastelseurope.com with your order number to request a return.

2. You will then be sent information on where and how to return. Please note that we do not cover the return shipping costs.

3. Follow the instructions on the shipping label on how to return.

4. Please note that there may be a period of 10 to 14 days between receipt of the returned merchandise and reimbursement of the purchase price.
